AUGENHÖHE is primarily known for its films, in which the five initiating organizations are portrayed, organizations that do things differently and often better. The films inspire and encourage solutions beyond familiar paths. The team itself has also taken such unfamiliar paths, utilizing approaches like Effectuation and financing film productions through crowd-funding.
The overwhelming response to the films led to the founding of AUGENHÖHEworks GmbH in 2015. Today, AUGENHÖHE is primarily an educational institute, focusing on modern, psychologically and sociologically inspired organizational development. The AUGENHÖHEwegbegleiter is the training for the modern working world, going beyond conventional New Work approaches.
Already in the cinematic work, the central question of ownership in a company became apparent. Therefore, the step into steward-ownership was a logical one.
Steward-ownership simply suits us. We acknowledge system dynamics and simultaneously provide effective impulses for change. Steward-ownership does the same. It acknowledges the economic form and, at the same time, challenges it. This allows something new to develop, and we want to contribute to that.
