… or rather: to our toolkit for Steward Ownership, a collection of experiences, information and working materials. This toolkit has been designed to support entrepreneurs on their journey towards an ownership structure that aligns with their needs and values – and those of their companies!
Whether you want to use the toolkit yourself as a founder or entrepreneur or you want to support entrepreneurs on their path to steward-ownership: this toolkit supports in deciding whether steward-ownership is the right fit and on the process towards designing an individually fitting structure.

Die Workbook-Philosophie
Das Workbook Verantwortungseigentum ist als Open-Source-Material der gemeinnützigen Purpose Stiftung frei zugänglich. Im Rahmen unserer Non-Profit-Arbeit stehen wir immer mit vielen Menschen, Organisationen und natürlich auch Verantwortungseigentümer*innen in engem Austausch. Über die vergangenen Jahre haben wir gemeinsam Erfahrungen, Wissen und Lernprozesse rund um Verantwortungseigentum gesammelt – und im Workbook aufbereitet. So wollen wir Interessierte in die Lage zu versetzen, sich dem Thema und einer individuellen Eigentumslösung möglichst selbstständig anzunähern. Dabei sind wir natürlich auch selbst in einem stetigen Lernprozess – und damit auch auf euer Feedback angewiesen, um darauf aufbauend das Workbook weiterzuentwickeln.
