Founded in September 2020, v10k GmbH created an online tool for simple, safe and transparent contract management. VERTRAGSWERK allows companies and law firms to draft and conclude contracts digitally and offers cost-effective and easy contract management.

VERTRAGSWERK creates the basis for a successful and sustainable relationship through transparent and equal cooperation for all contracting parties involved. To protect its independence in the long-run v10k GmbH was founded in steward-ownership. Purpose supported the start-up in this process and holds 1% percent of the voting shares to protect the steward ownership structure.
